Insurance
Different companies and different levels of cover will determine what you can and cant claim for your pet throughout the year. Doing research on insurance companies and comparing cover options and prices is highly advisable. If you have insurance we provide the clinical notes and receipts of payment for you to complete your claim online.
VetPay is one of the most well known payment services for Veterinary medical bills. Its easy to apply online and confirmation of approval is given within minutes of submission, once you have an account you can continue to use it for veterinary bills and top up your approved amounts. Payment instalments are made fortnightly at an affordable rate.
With GapOnly®, eligible pet insurance claims can be processed at the time of your visit, so you only pay the remaining gap after your insurer has paid their portion. Simply let our team know your pet is insured, and we’ll check your eligibility.
For those who cannot get approved for either Vetpay, you may be able to apply for charity help in emergency and lifesaving situations. One charity we work closely with is the ACT Pet Crisis Fund.
